Step 1: Preparation

Read and fill out the "15 Steps Before Contacting a Designer.” Please fax (250 338 5992) or email the form to NATASHA.

Step 2: Consultation

After you’ve filled out and returned the “15 Steps Before Contacting a Designer” questionnaire, your NATASHA design specialist reviews your answers and contacts you by phone to further clarify your design goals and discuss how they will be accomplished. All information is kept confidential.

Step 3: Quote

After your FREE phone conversation with your designer, your design professional works quickly to summarize your design objectives and puts together a quote based on the information gathered. Once you receive your quote and agree to the “Terms and Conditions of Service” we’re ready to get to work!

Step 4: Sketches

Once you and your designer are clear on the objectives of the project, the designer quickly gets to work and begins a visual brainstorming session. Next, your design specialist creates a series of thumbnail sketches, or small rough drawings incorporating the visual elements such as photography and illustrations provided by you or the designer. The process of sketching is important to coming up with fresh ideas that are stimulating and memorable. Yes, we do this the old fashioned way, with a pencil and paper! After determining which sketches best translate into your visual ideas, we refine these “roughs” into comprehensives (“comps”), which look as close to a finished piece as possible.

Step 5: Proofs & Revisions

Your designer will usually show you three design concepts based on the information and collaborative ideas from your consultations and brainstorming session. At this stage you can suggest any necessary modifications to the design. The designer then re-works the designs and presents them to you for approval.

Step 6: Production

After you’ve signed off on a final design concept, the last step is getting the design piece produced. NATASHA Design House has built up many great relationships with printers and vendors (Illustrators, Photographers, Marketing Copywriters and Consultants), which affords greater flexibility and quality of service. Once you are satisfied with the results, we hand-deliver your packages to wherever they are needed.
